South Asian & Indian Bridal Hair & Makeup Investment

Bridal hair and makeup in Dallas–Fort Worth starts at $3,500 for one bridal event. Each additional bridal event starts at $800. Your final proposal reflects your looks, schedule, locations, and any additional services.

Destination bridal hair and makeup starts at $7,500 for one event, with each additional bridal event starting at $1,000. Three bridal events start at $9,500, before travel and additional services.

One event is one booked appointment for a complete bridal hair and makeup look. If you need a new look for another celebration, it counts as an additional event, even if both happen on the same day.

I do book weddings as far as a year  in advance. Due to the nature of my business, Saturdays are normally reserved for my brides and their parties. If you have a photoshoot or headshots that is non wedding related I do book those 2 weeks in advance. As your desired date gets closer; preferably 2 weeks prior, please contact me and if I have availability during that time I’d be glad to make you feel even more beautiful for your event. All wedding bookings require 30% of the total cost of services along with the signed bridal contract or special event contract. 

No. Required flights, accommodations, baggage, and ground transportation are separate from the bridal service price and are detailed in your proposal.

Additional support may be needed for family or bridal party services, or for a short ceremony-to-reception change. I’ll review your service count and ready-by times before determining the team needed. Any assistant fee and travel costs will be shown in your proposal.

Yes. A bridal trial is included in your booked bridal experience and takes place at my Cedar Hill studio after your agreement is signed and your retainer is paid. We’ll create and refine one hair and makeup look, discuss how it works with your outfit and accessories, and make notes for your wedding day.

The studio details are shared when we schedule your appointment. If you’re planning a destination wedding and cannot travel to Cedar Hill before the wedding, we’ll arrange a virtual consultation to review your inspiration, preferences, and contracted look instead.

That’s okay. You don’t need to arrive with a finished vision. For your booked bridal looks, I’ll ask what you love, what doesn’t feel like you, and how you want to feel at each event. We’ll consider your features, outfits, jewelry, and any inspiration you’ve saved. At your bridal trial, we’ll test and refine your hair and makeup so you can see how the look feels on you.

If you want help mapping out your entire bridal vision—including outfits, jewelry, accessories, draping, hair, and makeup across all your events—I also offer South Asian Bridal Creative Direction as a separate service. Together, we can create a cohesive plan for every look, whether I’m providing your hair and makeup or handing the plan to your chosen beauty team.

Yes. Lashes are optional and are highly recommended to complete the fabulous makeover.

Yes. I offer both airbrush and traditional makeup. I choose the application method based on your skin, the finish you want, and what will work best for your event.

We can discuss both options at your bridal trial and decide which helps you look like yourself, beautifully elevated.

Yes. Dupatta draping and styling are part of completing your booked bridal look. I consider your outfit, hairstyle, jewelry, and how you’ll move throughout the event. Then I secure the dupatta and check the pinning and finishing details before you’re ready.

Stay hydrated.  Drink plenty of water every day before the wedding.  Hydration is important to keep your skin looking radiant.

Clothes – Please wear a button-up shirt or robe to keep your hair and makeup looking flawless when you are changing into your special event attire. Robes are great!

Face – Come with a clean face, free of makeup or mascara. It’s good to moisturize your face and lips.

Hair – Wash and blow dry your hair prior to the appointment the night before or the morning of the service. Please do not straighten wavy or curly hair with a flat iron only brush and blow dry your hair to remove the waves and coils.  There is an additional fee of $40 if you prefer that we blow dry your hair.  Depending on the hairstyle you want, shoulder length hair or thin hair may require extensions to get the needed length and/or volume. You can purchase hair extensions online at www.bellamihair.com, jtorryhair.com or at Sally’s, at least 18 inches clip-in human hair.

Bridal hair and makeup includes planning and completing the looks you book. Bridal Creative Direction is a separate service for brides who want guidance across outfits, jewelry, accessories, draping, hair, and makeup for the entire celebration.

Yes. Let me know approximately how many people need services and when they must be ready. I’ll review the schedule, determine whether another artist is needed, and include the services in your proposal.

Yes. I specialize in South Asian bridal hair and makeup, with experience preparing brides for multi-event Indian, Pakistani, and multicultural weddings. I understand that your makeup, hairstyle, outfit, jewelry, and dupatta need to work together not just look beautiful separately.

Accurate skin-tone matching matters to me. My goal is never to make you look lighter or darker. I select and blend products to enhance your natural complexion and create a finish that looks like you, photographs beautifully, and lasts through your celebration.

For each booked look, I consider your features, personal style, outfit, and traditions. I also attend to the finishing details, including dupatta placement and draping, tikka and headpiece setting, jewelry placement, and pinning as needed. Whether you want a soft, elevated look or something more dramatic, the result should feel authentic to you from the first event to the last.
