Most updos don’t require hair extensions! I create volume using hair stuffers to give a fuller, elegant bun  no extra hair needed. It looks natural and photographs beautifully.

For Braided or Voluminous Styles: I provide synthetic hair extensions at no extra cost for my brides when needed to complete the look.

For Brides: You’re welcome to bring your own clip-in extensions, and I’ll apply them at no additional charge. Some of my Elite bridal packages include human hair clip-ins, and if you book 5 events or more, this may be included. Just check your package details or ask during your consultation.

For Bridal Party & Special Events: If any guests or bridal party members bring their own clip-ins, there is an additional fee to apply them.

To help your hair and makeup last beautifully and photograph flawlessly, here’s how to prep before your appointment:

• Come with clean, fully dry hair.
  If your hair is curly or textured, please wash and blow-dry it smooth the night before or morning of.
  If your scalp tends to get oily, wash it the morning of your event and blow-dry thoroughly.
  Do not arrive with damp hair  there will be a $40 fee if we need to dry it before styling.

• Clean skin is key.
  Start with a freshly cleansed face. You may apply a light moisturizer, but avoid sunscreen on the day of the event, as it can affect makeup application and longevity. I’ll take care of priming and prepping your skin with the right products.

• Please remove all facial hair prior to your appointment (threading, waxing, or derma planning recommended at least 4–5 days before your event).

• Avoid using any BHA, retinols, or tretinoin two weeks before your event.
  These ingredients can cause irritation or flaking under makeup. Also, no chemical peels or intense facials at least one month prior to your wedding day.

• Wear a button-up shirt or a robe.
  Something that doesn’t go over your head will protect your makeup and hair during outfit changes.

• Bring your hair extensions if you’re using them.
  For brides, clip-in application is included. For bridal party members, a small additional fee applies if we’re clipping them in.

• Keep your phone use minimal.
  This is your moment to relax and be present. Plus, it helps us stay on time and deliver a smooth experience.

Yes, you can reschedule your wedding services with a $500 rescheduling fee, based on Jenny’s availability. Your original non-refundable retainer will be transferred to your new date upon confirmation.

• Hotel accommodations (4–5 star, 1–2 nights depending on the event schedule)

Yes, I absolutely do! I provide luxury hair and makeup services on location throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and beyond. For bridal bookings, my packages already include the travel and convenience fee within the DFW area.

Anything over 1.5 hours from zip code 75249 is considered a destination or out-of-town booking and will require additional travel fees, which will be discussed in advance and added to your invoice once arrangements are finalized.

If you’re getting ready at a hotel, valet parking for myself or any assisting artist will be billed to the client. I also travel for out-of-state and international weddings  airfare, hotel accommodations, and other travel costs will be required.

On the day of the event, services will be performed at the location of your choice. Please ensure there’s a clean setup space with good lighting (natural light or lamps) and a surface for my kit and tools.

Yes. Bridal dupatta setting is included in your booked bridal look.

I can place and secure your dupatta on the head and body while considering comfort, balance, photography and the overall design of your outfit. I also help make sure the pleating, jewelry and surrounding details look polished before you step in front of the camera.

Full sari pleating is not included in the standard bridal service. Assistance with a pre-pleated sari or professional sari draping may be arranged as an additional service.

Yes. Tikka, matha patti, headpiece, veil, hijab, scarf and dupatta placement can all be incorporated into your bridal service.

Please bring these pieces to your trial whenever possible so I can evaluate their size, weight and placement with your hairstyle. On the wedding day, I will secure everything carefully and complete the finishing details so the entire look feels balanced, comfortable and intentional.

Yes. Your bridal makeup is created to last through long ceremonies, professional photography, tears, hugs, heat and dancing.

I customize the skin preparation and products according to your skin type, event environment and desired finish. Your makeup is then layered and set strategically for longevity without making the complexion look unnecessarily heavy.

Every JTorry bride also receives a personalized touch-up kit. If you want a different makeup or hairstyle for the reception, that is considered an additional bridal look rather than a standard touch-up.

Come with a clean face and clean, completely dry hair. Your trial includes one complete makeup look and one complete hairstyle, but we will also discuss the creative direction for your additional events.

Your foundation should never make you look lighter, darker, gray or disconnected from your neck and body. I work with a wide range of medium, deep and melanin-rich skin tones, and I customize the complexion according to your undertone, texture, lighting and desired coverage.

I also consider how the makeup will respond to flash photography, high-definition video and the colors in your outfit and jewelry. The goal is for your skin to look radiant, dimensional and true to you.

Yes. JTorry can coordinate professional hair and makeup services for mothers, sisters, bridesmaids and other family members.

Once I know how many people need hair, makeup or both, I determine how many artists are required and build a schedule around the bride’s ready time. Family services can include skin preparation, makeup, lashes, hairstyling, basic dressing assistance, jewelry placement and dupatta pinning according to the services booked.

My priority is making sure the bride receives my full attention while the people closest to her also feel polished, cared for and ready on time.
