How Bridal Beauty Booking Works
Reserving your wedding date is simple. Jenny accepts bridal bookings up to 18 months in advance and personally serves only one bride per day, giving your booked bridal services her dedicated attention.
Specializing in South Asian, Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Muslim, multicultural, and fusion weddings, Jenny plans your beauty direction around you.
- 01
Submit your bridal inquiry
Complete the form on our contact page. Share your wedding date, event locations, the events you need services for, and your required ready-by times. Let us know whether you need hair, makeup, or both.
You’ll receive a response confirming Jenny’s availability.
- 02
Review your proposal
If Jenny is available, you’ll receive a proposal outlining your package options. Review the details and choose the package that suits your wedding plans.
Your proposal is valid for four days from the date it is sent. Complete the reservation steps within that period. Please reach out with any questions before proceeding.
- 03
Reserve your wedding date
To complete your reservation:
- Select your preferred package.
- Complete your bridal intake form.
- Review and authorize your bridal agreement.
- Submit your 30% non-refundable retainer.
Your remaining balance is due 10 calendar days before your event. Full payment must be received by that date.
We accept all major credit cards and Zelle.
When is your date officially reserved?Once both your authorized agreement and retainer have been received. An inquiry or proposal alone does not reserve your date.
- 04
Begin your bridal beauty planning
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive access to your own private bridal portal, including your bridal guides and skincare planning. We’ll begin planning your consultation, Bridal Look Mapping™, trial, and complete bridal beauty experience.
Jenny maps your hair and makeup around your features, complexion, hair texture, personal style, traditions, and the outfits, jewelry, and accessories you provide. We discuss your booked event looks and refine your beauty direction during your hands-on bridal trial.
- 05
Prepare for your bridal trial
Your included bridal trial is scheduled after your booking is confirmed, approximately one to two months before your wedding. Allow three to four hours for your in-person session with Jenny at the confirmed JTorry studio location in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
First, complete your Bridal Collab Form inside your private bridal portal and upload your inspiration and outfit photographs. Then email info@jtorryart.com to request your trial session.
We recommend having all your wedding outfits selected by this time. We’ll discuss all your booked event looks and complete one full makeup look and one full hairstyle during your trial. You can mix and match across events—for example, ceremony makeup with reception hair. Your feedback helps us refine the agreed beauty direction before your wedding.
For scheduling options, what to bring, hair and skin preparation, and the virtual consultation alternative, visit your complete trial guide.
Explore Your Bridal TrialDo I Need a Bridal Trial Before Booking?
It’s understandable to want reassurance before choosing your bridal artist. You want to feel confident that your vision will be understood and that you’ll love how you look.
Many JTorry brides book without a separate pre-booking trial because their bridal trial is already included in their bridal service. Reviewing Jenny’s portfolio and bridal reviews can help you understand her artistry and the experience she creates. If you have specific concerns, please share them—we want to hear what matters to you.
Jenny recommends following the complete planning process after booking. Through your Bridal Collab Form and the JTorry Beauty Mapping Process, she gets to understand your preferences, features, outfits, traditions, and concerns before your trial session.
Your look isn’t simply chosen and applied. It is developed with you. During your session, Jenny listens to your feedback, explains her recommendations, and thoughtfully refines the details. Agreed-upon adjustments are then carried into your wedding beauty plan, with the goal of helping you feel heard, confident, and beautiful at both your trial and your wedding.
Your bridal trial is included in your bridal package and scheduled after your signed agreement and retainer are received. This personalized session allows us to bring your planned beauty look to life and refine the details together before your wedding.
- 06
Confirm your wedding beauty timeline
One month before your wedding, we’ll reconfirm your beauty timings and required ready-by times. This final review helps coordinate the schedule so you and the people involved know when each step needs to happen.
- 07
Enjoy Your Wedding Morning
How much time should we allow for getting ready?
For the bride: Bridal hair, makeup, and final styling support typically take three to four hours. This gives Jenny time to bring your complete look together with thoughtful attention to the details.
For the reception: Timing depends on the hair and makeup changes and styling support needed. A reception getting-ready session may take less time than your ceremony look. If the available service window is under two hours, an assistant is required to support the shorter timeline; staffing and any additional fee will be outlined in your proposal.
For the bride plus bridal party or family: Allow up to six hours for the overall getting-ready schedule. The number of people, requested services, and available team members determine the final timing. Jenny will confirm a coordinated schedule around your required ready-by time.
When your wedding day arrives, we’ve already discussed your preferences, refined your hair and makeup at your trial, and reconfirmed your beauty timeline.
Jenny brings your agreed looks to life with those details in mind. You can settle into getting ready knowing there’s a plan.
Then comes the moment you see it all together: your hair, your makeup, your outfit, and the details you chose. You recognize yourself. You feel beautiful, comfortable, and ready to enjoy your celebration.
