How do you measure performance?
Certified Team and Resort artists are assessed against the 100-point JTorry rubric at baseline and certification. Resort includes two audits per year. Signature provides learning materials without individual certification.
What if an artist doesn't pass?
They get a coaching session and one free re-assessment.
Is this a franchise?
The offer licenses JTorry training materials and program use. Your business retains its own operations and pricing; the written agreement defines the relationship and permitted brand use.
Will Jenny be at our weddings?
Your team delivers wedding services. Jenny’s involvement follows your license: training and assessment for eligible tiers, plus launch support and audits for Resort. VIP wedding services are a separate add-on.
Do you work outside the U.S.?
Yes. The system is built for destination weddings. Travel is billed separately.
