Services Information

For bridal bookings, we provide both hair and makeup as part of a complete, curated service ensuring your entire look is cohesive and elevated.

If you prefer makeup only, that’s totally fine  but please note the pricing remains the same. Our packages are designed for the full experience, and the rate reflects the time, preparation, and luxury service provided regardless of one or both services used.

My priority is making sure you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself  effortlessly.

Yes. Lashes are optional and are highly recommended to complete the fabulous makeover.

Most updos don’t require hair extensions! I create volume using hair stuffers to give a fuller, elegant bun  no extra hair needed. It looks natural and photographs beautifully.

For Braided or Voluminous Styles: I provide synthetic hair extensions at no extra cost for my brides when needed to complete the look.

For Brides: You’re welcome to bring your own clip-in extensions, and I’ll apply them at no additional charge. Some of my Elite bridal packages include human hair clip-ins, and if you book 5 events or more, this may be included. Just check your package details or ask during your consultation.

Hair Extension Rentals: I may offer clip-in hair extension rentals  just ask!

For Bridal Party & Special Events: If any guests or bridal party members bring their own clip-ins, there is an additional fee to apply them.

No we do not provide clip-in hair extensions, you are more than welcome to bring your own and we are happy to clip them in at no add’l fee.

No, we do not provide hair accessories. However, you are welcome to bring your own, and we would be delighted to incorporate them into your hairstyle.

We don’t provide hair accessories or fresh flowers but feel free to bring your own! We’re happy to incorporate them into your hairstyle to complete your look beautifully. Whether it’s a floral accent, tikka, or jeweled pin, we’ll place it with care to ensure everything flows seamlessly with your style.

To help your hair and makeup last beautifully and photograph flawlessly, here’s how to prep before your appointment:

  • Come with clean, fully dry hair.
If your hair is curly or textured, please wash and blow-dry it smooth the night before or morning of.
If your scalp tends to get oily, wash it the morning of your event and blow-dry thoroughly.
Do not arrive with damp hair  there will be a $40 fee if we need to dry it before styling.

  • Clean skin is key.
Start with a freshly cleansed face. You may apply a light moisturizer, but avoid sunscreen on the day of the event, as it can affect makeup application and longevity. I’ll take care of priming and prepping your skin with the right products.

  • Please remove all facial hair prior to your appointment (threading, waxing, or derma planning recommended at least 4–5 days before your event).

  • Avoid using any BHA, retinols, or tretinoin two weeks before your event.
These ingredients can cause irritation or flaking under makeup. Also, no chemical peels or intense facials at least one month prior to your wedding day.

  • Wear a button-up shirt or a robe.
Something that doesn’t go over your head will protect your makeup and hair during outfit changes.

  • Bring your hair extensions if you’re using them.
For brides, clip-in application is included. For bridal party members, a small additional fee applies if we’re clipping them in.

  • Keep your phone use minimal.
This is your moment to relax and be present. Plus, it helps us stay on time and deliver a smooth experience.

Bonus for Brides:
Once you’re officially booked as a JTorry Bride, you’ll receive a full bridal beauty prep guide with detailed skincare tips and timelines to help you achieve your best skin before your big day. We’ve got you covered from every angle!

Yes, absolutely! For my bridal clients, I do offer early morning services. I’ve started as early as 1:00 AM to ensure a ready time of 5:00–6:00 AM. Your wedding day timeline is important to me, and I’ll adjust to make sure you’re ready, relaxed, and radiant right on schedule.

Yes! I specialize in South Asian bridal makeup and have extensive experience working with all South Asian skin tones, features, and cultural traditions. I understand that South Asian weddings are rich in heritage, color, and elegance, and your bridal glam should reflect that.

One of my key priorities is perfectly matching your skin tone not making you look lighter or darker, but enhancing your natural beauty so you appear radiant, glowing, and your absolute best. Every product is carefully selected and custom-blended to ensure the most seamless and flawless finish.

But bridal makeup is more than just skink, it’s about the full look coming together in harmony.

That’s why I consider:

Your Outfit & Theme – Whether you’re wearing a deep red lehenga, an ivory sari, or a pastel anarkali, I ensure your makeup complements your entire bridal aesthetic.

Your Jewelry & Accessories – Your tikka, necklace, and earrings aren’t just accessories, they’re part of your bridal identity. I make sure your makeup enhances them beautifully.

Your Vision & Vibe – Whether you want a soft, natural glow or a bold, dramatic bridal look, I tailor your glam to reflect your personality and dream bridal vision.

With years of experience in South Asian bridal beauty, I know exactly how to balance tradition with modern elegance to create a look that is timeless, luxurious, and uniquely you.

Bridal makeup is designed to last all day typically 12+ hours with proper prep and professional application. I use high-performance, camera-ready products and set everything in place to ensure you stay flawless through tears, hugs, dancing, and every photo in between. You won’t need to worry about fading, smudging, or touch-ups. Just show up, enjoy your day, and trust the process I’ve got you covered!

Yes, I have an amazing team that exceeds all expectations. I do have an assistant fee and the price will be given with the quote. I’ll need to determine how many artists will be needed to ensure the day goes perfect for you.

Yes every bride receives a complimentary touch-up kit to keep you fresh and flawless throughout your event.

If your bridal party or attendees would like their own touch-up kits, they’re available for an additional fee upon request.
Just let us know during booking so we can have everything prepped and ready!

Yes, I provide all makeup and skin prep products you won’t need to bring a thing!

I use a curated mix of luxury and pro-grade products including  Moira, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, JTorry Beauty, Mac Cosmetics, Dior, Danessa Myricks, and other top-tier brands that are known for their performance, comfort, and beautiful finish. Every product is selected based on your skin tone, texture, and the longevity needed for your big day.

If you have sensitive skin, I’ve got you covered. I’ve worked with all skin types and tones and will always tailor the prep and product selection to your skin’s needs. If you have known allergies or concerns, you’re welcome to send over your personal product list ahead of time or bring anything you prefer to use. I’ll make sure everything blends seamlessly into your look.

All products are professionally sanitized and applied with strict hygiene standards. Your comfort, safety, and confidence are always my top priority.

Natural makeup looks actually take as much as time and effort as glam makeup looks. One coat of makeup will only give a cakey finish, so it takes the same set of techniques and layers of beauty products to get you the flawless, naturally glowing look.

Yes! Your wedding is a family affair, and we provide flawless hair & makeup for mothers, sisters, and bridesmaids so everyone looks cohesive and elegant.

Yes and that’s actually my specialty.

At JTorry, natural soft glam is all about enhancing your features, not masking them. I don’t do heavy, cakey makeup. I believe you should look like you  just elevated, polished, and absolutely radiant. My approach is intentional and tailored to your comfort level, your skin type, and your desired look.

Most of my brides tell me they didn’t even feel the makeup on their face  just that they felt beautiful, confident, and like the best version of themselves.

I use high-quality, lightweight products and techniques that allow your skin to breathe and glow  both in person and in photos. Whether you want a soft glow or a slightly more defined look, we’ll create something timeless, elegant, and perfectly you.

Because on your wedding day, you deserve to feel like yourself just effortlessly flawless and elevated.

Yes, 1000%. I specialize in working with all skin tones and types, especially deep and dark complexions. My kit is fully stocked with the right shades, undertones, and products to enhance melanin-rich skin beautifully  without any flashback, ashiness, or mismatch.

I’ve worked with thousands of diverse brides from all backgrounds, and one of my top priorities is making sure every client feels seen, celebrated, and confident in their own skin.

I help my brides look brighter, not lighter  because it’s about enhancing your glow, not changing who you are. With me, you’re in expert hands.

For the bride alone, the full getting-ready process including makeup, hairstyling, dupatta or veil setting, jewelry placement, and dressing  typically takes about 3 to 4 hours. This ensures everything is done with intention and without rushing.

Your “ready time” will always be scheduled based on when your photographer arrives (or slightly before), so you’re fully prepared and picture-perfect when it matters most.

For larger bridal parties, the total glam time can take up to 6 hours, depending on how many people are receiving services. In these cases, I’ll bring additional professional artists from my team to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

We’ll coordinate a detailed timeline in advance so your morning feels calm, organized, and joyful. Never chaotic.

Bridal hair, makeup, and dressing typically takes 3 hours. Each additional person (like your mom or bridesmaids) takes 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the look.If your schedule allows 5–6 hours total, I can often accommodate two people on my own. But if your morning is tight or you’re working with a condensed timeline (like needing to be ready in 3 hours), then I’ll need to bring a pro assistant to keep everything smooth and stress-free.

Let me know your timing and number of people, and I’ll recommend the best setup for a seamless experience.

Each package clearly outlines whether Jenny Torry or a trusted professional from her team will be the lead artist for your event(s). Jenny takes on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure a high-touch, luxury experience.

If a team artist will be assigned to your event, it will be noted clearly, and rest assured, all team members are personally trained and vetted by Jenny to uphold the same level of artistry and excellence JTorry is known for.

Yes human hair clip-in extensions are available as an optional add-on when booking 5 events or more at no additional cost.  If you need extensions for added volume or length, we can discuss this further once you complete your collaboration form. I’ll guide you through the best options based on your look.

You’re welcome to bring your own extensions, or I can provide them for you at an additional fee. If you prefer to purchase your own, I’ll also recommend trusted locations for high-quality options.

To maintain a calm, focused, and high-vibrational space for the bride, we do not share rooms with other artists during service. This is a firm policy based on professionalism, energetic boundaries, and client experience.
Your wedding morning is sacred and having multiple artists from different brands in the same space can create unnecessary chaos and distraction. Our intention is to protect the energy of the room, ensuring you feel relaxed, supported, and cared for without outside interference.

We’re happy to coordinate timing if multiple beauty teams are involved but we respectfully request separate service spaces.

Yes, I offer full bridal dressing support, including dupatta draping on the head and body, veil placement, and bridal jewelry setting to ensure everything looks cohesive, elegant, and secure.
Bridal sari draping is an additional service and can be arranged upon request.
If your family members or bridal party need sari draping, I have a trusted team available to provide that service as an add-on based on availability.
My focus is to make sure you feel calm, supported, and beautifully styled from head to toe on your special day.

Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities at JTorry. All tools, brushes, and products are sanitized before and after every client, and disposable applicators are used whenever appropriate. I maintain strict sanitation protocols that exceed industry standards because your health, safety, and peace of mind matter.
Each bride receives a fresh, personalized setup to ensure a luxurious and hygienic experience from start to finish.

Typically, you won’t need touch-ups—your makeup is designed to last all day, and I’ll provide a touch-up kit to keep you fresh. However, if you’d like me to stay, I can for an additional fee. Just let me know in advance.Note: If you’re changing outfits or want a different look, that’s considered a separate event service, not a standard touch-up. Inquire for details and pricing.

You should have clean, dry hair—either washed the morning of or the night before, as long as it’s not oily at the scalp. If your hair tends to get oily quickly, it’s best to wash it the day of and blow-dry it straight. Feel free to use a root booster for volume and a heat protectant but please avoid any oils or heavy products, especially near the roots.

Please come with your hair completely dry and blown out (not flat-ironed).If your hair is wet or damp, there will be a $40 blow-dry fee added, as it takes extra time to prep properly. This helps ensure the best results and keeps your day running smoothly!

Yes! We offer groom touch-up services, which include light makeup (like evening out under-eyes, covering blemishes, and hydrating chapped lips) and light hairstyling to ensure he looks polished and photo-ready.Just let us know ahead of time if you’d like to include this—it’s a great way to make sure the groom looks as sharp as the bride!

If you’re a bride — don’t stress. You’re not expected to know every detail upfront! That’s why I include a bridal trial (in most packages) and a full consultation. We’ll collaborate together to design a timeless, flattering look that enhances your features and matches your overall wedding vibe. I’ll help guide you based on your outfit, face shape, comfort level, and desired glam.

I don’t provide hair accessories myself. However, I’ll be more than happy to place or clip in any accessories or flowers you bring. I’ll also guide you in choosing the best pieces to complete your look, ensuring everything feels cohesive and contributes beautifully to your overall vision.

Trial/Preview Service Information

Makeup trials are reserves for brides, in studio services are used for non bridal events. You can choose the services and apply them for your special event.

Bridal trials are optional and included in most bridal packages. They are held on select Monday or Wednesday afternoons or evenings at my private home studio in Dallas, TX (75249). If you’re unable to attend in person, a Zoom consultation is available.

Before scheduling your trial, you’ll complete the Bridal Collaboration Form so we can align on your vision and prepare intentionally. Trials are booked based on availability once the form is submitted. I recommend scheduling your trial about 1 to 2 months before your wedding day.

Each trial typically takes 3 to 4 hours. If you have multiple events, we’ll walk through your full beauty plan and complete one full bridal look you feel most unsure about. We’ll also cover skincare prep, makeup and hair preferences, jewelry or dupatta placement, and any concerns you may have.

The goal is simple: to give you clarity, confidence, and total peace of mind before your wedding day so you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself when it matters most, and fully set up for success

For special events, a trial isn’t necessary you can simply book a regular makeup and hair service at the special event rate. Trials are specifically designed for bridal clients to collaborate and align every detail before the big day.

If you’re looking to get glammed up for your event, I’d love to help! Just note that it will be booked as a standard service, not at a discounted “trial” rate.

Bridal trials are only offered after booking. That’s because the trial is part of a collaborative process where we work together to ensure your look aligns beautifully with your vision, outfit, and event flow. It’s more than just a preview, it’s a tailored experience designed to give you peace of mind for your big day.

Yes, as long as I’m available, I can schedule a trial or preview for moms or non-bridal clients ahead of time. Just reach out and we’ll find a time that work

Yes, absolutely! please bring your clip-in extensions with you to the trial! Just make sure they are 100% human hair (so we can safely apply heat), and that they’re brushed, detangled, and ready to use. This will help us create the most accurate and polished look during your session.

Yes, I highly recommend bringing your jewelry, accessories, or anything you’d like to see paired with your look. If you’re unable to bring the actual pieces, no worries just have clear photos of everything so we can visualize it together. The more details you bring, the better I can help ensure your look feels complete and cohesive!

Absolutely! If your dates and number of events are confirmed, you can absolutely move forward with booking.

Since I only take one wedding per day, you’ll have my full focus and flexibility. Once your photographer or planner confirms the schedule, we’ll finalize your beauty timeline together to ensure everything flows seamlessly and stress-free.
