  3. Schedule a Discovery Call (Optional) – If you’d like to connect first, we’ll chat to make sure we’re aligned.
  4. Review & Sign Your Agreement – Your proposal outlines all inclusions and timeline coordination.
  5. Submit Retainer to Reserve Your Date – A 50% retainer officially books your spot. The remainder is due closer to your event.
  6. Access Your Private Bridal Portal – Once booked, you’ll get full access to your welcome materials, prep guide, trial scheduling, and support!
Booking early gives you the best access to dates, trial availability, and multi-event bonuses.

I recommend booking 6–12 months ahead, especially for peak wedding seasons. Some brides book even earlier to reserve multi-day experiences. The sooner you inquire, the better your access to ideal trial and wedding slots.
