Quick on the go snacks

In addition to working out, your diet is very important, especially clean eating! I’ve changed my diet and I feel the best that I have ever felt in my entire life. I know people struggle with snacks, keep in mind that you should eat a carb & protein. Here are my go-to snacks:

  • Clementine and String Cheese
  • Banana + nut butter

  • Turkey slice + cream cheese + red pepper     
  • Popcorn (best if its unsalted/ no butter/ light butter)

  • Strawberries and chocolate sauce

  • Apples + Peanut butter (to make this fancy you can add chocolate chips)

  • Greek yogurt + fruit
  • Hummus + Veggies
